FAQs

How does delivery work?

Free Gold Coast delivery on orders of 2 or more pieces. Single-piece orders attract a small delivery fee at checkout.

How long until my order arrives?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. We confirm a delivery window with you once your order is ready.

Do you offer install, or is it DIY only?

Both options are available. Screens are straightforward to self-install. If you'd prefer a professional result, we work with trusted Gold Coast carpenters — request a quote via the contact page and we'll organise it.

Which timber should I pick?

Merbau for a classic deep red-brown that weathers beautifully. Yellow Balau for coastal homes — lighter, honey-toned. Spotted Gum for a more architectural Australian look. Painted Pine in White or Monument if you want a clean, modern finish without the natural timber variation.

What's the difference between Fremantle and Ascot bamboo?

Fremantle has a relaxed, broader profile available in Teak, Raw, or Oiled Shadowline — great for casual, coastal spaces. Ascot has a tighter, more architectural reveal in Teak — better suited to contemporary and designer-grade applications.

How do I work out how many pieces I need?

For screens: divide your fence or wall length by 0.9m to get the number of panels. For bamboo cladding: divide your wall width by 0.14m. Add 10% to both figures to account for cuts and waste.

What if I order the wrong size?

30-day exchange on unused product. We pick up, you cover any freight difference.
