What is the return policy?

We follow Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection, as most of our products are consumables and can’t be resold for safety and quality reasons.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@tooldrop.au with your order number and photos so we can arrange a solution.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All consumable items are considered final sale, except where they are faulty or do not meet consumer guarantees under Australian law.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually packed and shipped quickly.

Delivery times depend on your location and the service chosen. For example, same-day delivery, morning drops, or scheduled deliveries (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking or delivery confirmation via email or SMS.

Where are your products manufactured?

ToolDrop sources products from trusted Australian suppliers and manufacturers such as Bremick, Bordo, Soudal, and others.

We don’t manufacture our own products, we partner with suppliers known for reliability, quality, and value.

How much does shipping cost?

Members: Free same day and scheduled delivery across the Gold Coast.
Non-members: Flat $15 delivery fee.

You’ll always see your final shipping cost before checkout.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the Gold Coast. Deliveries outside this area aren’t available yet, but we’re expanding soon.

What delivery options are available?

ToolDrop offers three flexible delivery options:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Order before cut-off and get it the same day.
  • Morning Drop: Order before 10 pm for delivery between 6–8 am the next day.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Book in a delivery so the gear you need is there when you are ready to start the jib.
How does delivery work?

Once you place your order, our team or courier partner collects your items and delivers them to your specified location. You’ll receive tracking or confirmation updates via email or SMS once your order is on the way.

What if I’m not on site when my delivery arrives?

If you’re not available when your order arrives, the driver will leave it in a safe location on site whenever possible. If that’s not suitable, they’ll contact you directly to arrange the best alternative.

Can I change or cancel my delivery?

If you need to change or cancel a scheduled delivery, contact support@tooldrop.au before it’s been dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, we can’t make changes.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, plus secure payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Is payment taken straight away?

Yes. Payment is processed immediately when you place your order.

If you’re a ToolDrop Member, your membership fee is billed automatically each month on the date you signed up. You can cancel or pause your membership anytime before the next billing cycle.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. ToolDrop never stores your full card details. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and PayPal.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes. You’ll receive an invoice automatically by email after checkout. If you need another copy, contact support@tooldrop.au.

Do prices include GST?

Yes. All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
