Is same day delivery always free?

Yep - if you’re a ToolDrop Member. Members get unlimited free same day delivery across the Gold Coast. Non-members can still access the service but they will be charged a delivery fee.

How does morning delivery work?

Order by 10 pm the night before. We’ll drop your gear on site between 6–8 am so it’s ready when your day starts.

Can I schedule deliveries in advance?

Yes. You can book a delivery exactly when you need it. Later in the week, next week, or on a specific date. You’re in control of when your gear arrives, so it’s ready right on time.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver same day to the Gold Coast. If you’re outside that zone, we’ll send your order express.

What if I can’t find the product I need on your website?

No problem. Just let your ToolDrop rep know and we’ll source it for you. Our product range is constantly expanding, and if you need it, we’ll do our best to get it in.

Do you deliver to job sites as well as home addresses?

Yep! site, shed, or front door. Just drop the address in at checkout.
